What types of merchandise do you offer?
We sell used merchandise, refurbished merchandise and retail merchandise. Our product categories consist of metalworking machinery, woodworking machinery, electrical machinery, bedding, clothing and accessories, jewelry, computers, consumer electronics, general merchandise, household goods, hardware and equipment and vehicles.
What merchandise conditions do you offer?
New - New assets are in the original packaging and possess all characteristics/qualities as advertised by the manufacturer. Traditionally, they are leftover items that were never offered for sale in a retail environment or used in any way.
Refurbished - Usable assets that have been refurbished upon examination and tested to full working condition. They come without original packaging and rarely contain documentation or any other parts and accessories. Due to their restored operational history they possess noticeable cosmetic defects and blemishes, including but not limited to dents, scratches and signs of age.
Used - Previously used assets were sold and put into use. They possess noticeable cosmetic defects and blemishes, including but not limited to dents, scratches and signs of age. Since these assets are generally taken from a working environment, they rarely come in original packaging and rarely contain documentation, additional parts and/or accessories. They are minimally tested to meet only the most basic requirements for functionality. Used assets may therefore not be in optimal working condition and may require additional maintenance and repair.
Returns - Returned merchandise that was sold to a customer and then physically taken to a store or shipped to a specified location. Reasons for returning a product may have no correlation to its usefulness (e.g., size, color, model, etc.), and consequently that product may be in good condition. Most returns, however, have some operational and/or cosmetic problem. Depending on a company's return policy, these items may also reflect an amount of time of use. In addition, since most of these items are shipped through a reverse supply chain (e.g., from a customer to return to a store or in a centralized warehouse), they may show signs of further handling. They generally do not come in the original packaging and often do not have any of the advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. There is a cancellation fee applied to any late payments. This fee is 15% of the product price.
Can you ship to or from outside of Roaring Creek?
We do not offer home delivery service, all merchandise must be picked up at the store by the customer or someone sent and paid for by the customer.
After receiving the merchandise
Are there any guarantees on the item?
Not guaranteed. It is best to check your item before purchasing it in our store. Items are sold "as is".
If you have picked up the merchandise from our warehouse, you have waived your right to file a dispute, as you, or your agent, have already physically handled the merchandise at this point.
Can I return the merchandise after it has been delivered to me?
No returns. No refund. All sales final.

In the seasonal discount dates, our standard off percentage is 25%.

Our discount dates are random throughout the year, we invite you to visit our website which announces when discounts are available or visit our store where you will see announcements if they are available.
Does 25% off apply to all merchandise?
All products with a price greater than $1.00, 25% off will be applied during the discount season. In other words, products priced at $1.00 or less are not discounted.
Can I request a better price in addition to the 25% off?
We give you 25% off. Our prices are ethical and fair, please don't insist asking for a better price.

Roaring Creek is a small village in the Cayo District of Belize, just north-west of Belmopan. Its name is derived from the creek waterfalls which flow into the Belize River next to the Guanacaste Park area.

We have taken extreme precautions in our on-site work performance. Due to the restrictions imposed by the COVID19 pandemic, our workers should take into account the following recommendations:

- Hand sanitizer gel is provided upon entry.
- Within the facility, they must maintain a safe distance of 8 feet from other people.
- Avoid unnecessary physical contact with other people, avoid greeting with handshakes, kisses and hugs.
- When they return home, we suggest that they wash their hands with plenty of soap and water.
- Preferably, they should change clothes and shoes. Wash the clothes they left home in with plenty of detergent.
